One of our graduates has been involved in the food service at OCI, and is currently involved in a program in the culinary arts school. He shared that food/cooking has been a passion of his, and he wanted to take advantage of the program to get additional training and certification. He shared that one thig he learned during his time at Trinity is how to identify good teaching (he shared that he was blown away with the quality of the professors at Trinity). With that back story, the graduate shared that one thing he has been able to do is come alongside a couple of his instructors and help them find better ways to communicate/teach the classes … and feels that he has been warmly received and accepted in that role.
